Je suis passionné par le design d'intérieur, la planification spatiale, ainsi que tout le travail créatif et technique qui accompagne le métier de designer. J'aime développer des concepts, organiser des agencements et donner vie à des idées à la fois fonctionnelles et esthétiques. Je suis designer 3D et designer d'intérieur, avec une forte passion pour la création d'espaces fonctionnels, durables et visuellement cohérents. Mon travail allie précision technique et sens raffiné de l'esthétique, ce qui me permet de traduire des concepts en expériences spatiales percutantes. Fort d'une expérience dans les environnements résidentiels, commerciaux et de conception-réalisation, j'ai développé une approche polyvalente qui s'adapte à différentes échelles de projets et à différents budgets — des solutions économiques aux designs haut de gamme. Ma maîtrise des outils BIM/CAO et de la visualisation 3D me permet de communiquer efficacement les idées à travers des dessins détaillés et des rendus réalistes. 01 THE SYNC (DESIGN RÉSIDENTIEL) Young professionals : efficient layouts, The goal of The Sync is to create a building where young professionals and couples can live, work, and connect all in one place. The idea is to design modern condos with smart layouts that feel open and comfortable, This project connects old and new design. It takes a heritage warehouse building and turns it into a high-tech, modern living space. The Scandinavian style (wood, stone, exposed materials) .The concept is all about “live + work + connection.” Jeunes professionnels : aménagements efficaces. L’objectif de The Sync est de créer un bâtiment où les jeunes professionnels et les couples peuvent vivre, travailler et se connecter au même endroit. L’idée est de concevoir des condos modernes avec des aménagements intelligents qui offrent une sensation d’ouverture et de confort. Ce projet relie l’ancien et le nouveau design. Il transforme un bâtiment d’entrepôt patrimonial en un espace de vie moderne et technologique. Le style scandinave (bois, pierre, matériaux exposés) est au cœur du concept. Le concept repose entièrement sur l’idée de « vivre + travailler + connexion ». 02

Cette série de rendus présente plusieurs intérieurs résidentiels, modélisés sur SketchUp et rendus avec Lumion et Enscape afin de comparer l'éclairage et les finitions des matériaux. Certains de ces projets sont basés sur des réalisations réelles, les rendus ayant servi à tester les matériaux et l'éclairage avant ou pendant la construction. This series of renderings presents several residential interiors, modeled in SketchUp and rendered with Lumion and Enscape in order to compare lighting and material finishes. Some of these projects are based on real-world builds, with the renderings used to test materials and lighting before or during construction. 12

Durant mon expérience de mentorat professionnel au sein de la société immobilière Interrent, basée à Montréal, j'ai eu l'opportunité de réaliser ce projet de design d'intérieur, en mettant en pratique mes compétences dans un contexte professionnel réel. Le concept s'inspire des principes du design scandinave, en adoptant une esthétique minimaliste chaleureuse axée sur la simplicité et la fonctionnalité. Des lignes épurées, une palette de couleurs neutres et douces, ainsi qu'une utilisation réfléchie des matériaux naturels se combinent pour créer un espace à la fois serein et accueillant. Ce projet m'a permis d'approfondir ma compréhension du design résidentiel dans un environnement immobilier professionnel, tout en explorant un langage design qui privilégie le confort, l'élégance et la simplicité intentionnelle. 14

Pour ce projet, j'ai conçu l'espace de bureaux de NORTH, une agence de publicité dynamique implantée dans le Pacifique Nord-Ouest, dont l'équipe créative réunit designers, rédacteurs, directeurs artistiques, cinéastes et créateurs musicaux. Reconnue pour son travail avec des marques leaders du vêtement de sport et de plein air telles que Columbia Sportswear, l'identité de NORTH est profondément ancrée dans la nature, l'aventure et l'exploration — des valeurs qui ont guidé l'ensemble du concept intérieur. Le design adopte une esthétique brute et organique en exposant les éléments structuraux tels que les sols et plafonds en béton apparent, tout en intégrant des matériaux évoquant le monde naturel, notamment des finitions en bois mettant en valeur la chaleur et le grain de la matière, ainsi que des surfaces texturées inspirées de l'herbe et des paysages organiques. Cette approche crée un espace de travail à la fois ancré et inspirant, reflétant l'esprit aventurier de l'agence et sa connexion profonde avec la nature. For this project, I designed the office space for NORTH, a dynamic advertising agency based in the Pacific Northwest, whose creative team brings together designers, writers, creative directors, filmmakers, and music makers. Known for their work with leading outdoor and sport apparel brands such as Columbia Sportswear, NORTH's identity is deeply rooted in nature, adventure, and exploration — values that became the driving force behind the interior concept. The design embraces a raw and organic aesthetic by exposing structural elements such as concrete floors and ceilings, while incorporating materials that evoke the natural world, including wood finishes that highlight the warmth and grain of the material and textural surfaces inspired by grass and organic landscapes. This approach creates a workspace that feels both grounded and inspiring, reflecting the agency's adventurous spirit and deep connection to the outdoors. 17

- In this project I worked on the creation of a community center in the Brewster building. To create a welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring space that could reflects New Generation’s mission of making a positive impact. - To celebrate nationalities; connections between local residents and new comers, encouraging cultural exchange, mutual understanding. - To provide spaces for broad range of users, connect locals with new comers to foster a sense of belonging. - To ensure there is no discrimination of any kind in the many services and activities we provide. - To provide basic nutritional needs for free. Pour ce projet, j'ai conçu un centre communautaire situé à Montréal, Québec, en développant le concept à travers une série de croquis à la main et de dessins techniques détaillés. Le design s'articule autour d'une esthétique industrielle, puisant son inspiration dans le riche patrimoine architectural de Montréal — ses entrepôts, ses usines et ses structures urbaines emblématiques. Des éléments bruts tels que le béton apparent, l'acier et la brique sont intégrés dans le concept spatial pour créer une atmosphère authentique, affirmée et profondément ancrée dans l'identité industrielle de la ville. Les dessins et croquis développés tout au long du processus ont servi de fondation pour traduire le concept en un espace fonctionnel et inclusif — un lieu rassembleur qui célèbre la beauté brute du design industriel. 23

Dans le cadre de ce projet réalisé pour Axis Atelier d'Architecture, j'ai pris en charge l'ensemble du développement conceptuel en 3D ainsi que la production des rendus de visualisation. Mon rôle a été à la fois créatif et technique, couvrant plusieurs aspects essentiels du processus de conception architecturale. J'ai élaboré le concept 3D du projet en traduisant les intentions architecturales en un modèle numérique précis et cohérent, permettant de communiquer clairement la vision du projet à l'équipe et aux parties prenantes. Les rendus produits ont été conçus pour restituer fidèlement l'atmosphère, les matériaux et l'environnement du bâtiment, offrant une lecture immersive et réaliste de l'espace. J'ai également apporté mon expertise lors de la sélection des matériaux, en proposant des choix adaptés à l'esthétique du projet tout en tenant compte des contraintes climatiques spécifiques à la région. Situé à Baie-Comeau, Québec, le projet devait répondre aux exigences d'un environnement nordique rigoureux, ce qui a orienté certaines décisions en matière de durabilité et de performance des matériaux. As part of this project completed for Axis Atelier d'Architecture, I took charge of the entire 3D conceptual development as well as the production of visualization renderings. My role was both creative and technical, covering several essential aspects of the architectural design process. I developed the 3D concept for the project by translating architectural intentions into a precise and cohesive digital model, allowing the team and stakeholders to clearly understand the project vision. The renderings were crafted to faithfully capture the atmosphere, materials, and built environment of the building, offering an immersive and realistic reading of the space. I also contributed my expertise during the material selection process, proposing choices that aligned with the project's aesthetic while taking into account the specific climatic constraints of the region. Located in Baie-Comeau, Quebec, the project needed to meet the demands of a harsh northern environment, which informed key decisions regarding the durability and performance of the selected materials. 26

La conception 3D du projet a été réalisée à l’aide de SketchUp pour la modélisation des espaces et des volumes architecturaux. Les rendus réalistes ont ensuite été produits avec Lumion afin de mettre en valeur les matériaux, l’éclairage et l’ambiance du projet. The 3D design of the project was carried out using SketchUp for modeling the architectural spaces and volumes. Realistic renderings were then produced using Lumion in order to showcase the materials, lighting, and atmosphere of the project. 28

The architect asked me to take a volume we'd built in SketchUp and place it in a real location using Google Earth, then develop it further with renders. I imported the model, aligned it with aerial imagery of the actual site next to a 19th-century stone house, and rendered it to see how the new white volume — lifted on thin columns with a glazed base — would really sit next to real trees, real rooflines, real history. It turned an abstract design exercise into something grounded in an actual place. L'architecte m'a demandé de prendre un volume qu'on avait conçu dans SketchUp et de le placer dans un véritable emplacement à l'aide de Google Earth, puis de le développer davantage avec des rendus. J'ai importé le modèle, je l'ai aligné sur l'imagerie aérienne du site réel à côté d'une maison en pierre du 19e siècle, puis je l'ai rendu pour voir comment le nouveau volume blanc — soulevé sur de fines colonnes avec une base vitrée — s'intégrerait réellement parmi de vrais arbres, de vraies silhouettes de toits, une vraie histoire. Cela a transformé un exercice de design abstrait en quelque chose d'ancré dans un lieu réel.

Jardin de Luxe is an Art Deco–inspired casino project located in the historic Holt Renfrew building in Montreal. The concept was inspired by jazz, peacock feathers, and classic Art Deco design, using bold colors, geometric patterns, marble, brass, and rich textures to create a luxurious atmosphere. The project is organized into three floors with different gaming areas, VIP spaces, bars, dining areas, and entertainment zones. The goal was to design a stylish and welcoming environment where visitors can enjoy gaming, music, and hospitality in a visually exciting space. Jardin de Luxe est un projet de casino d'inspiration Art Déco situé dans l'historique bâtiment Holt Renfrew à Montréal. Le concept s'inspire du jazz, des plumes de paon et du design Art Déco classique, avec des couleurs audacieuses, des motifs géométriques, du marbre, du laiton et des textures riches pour créer une atmosphère luxueuse. Le projet est organisé sur trois étages comprenant différentes zones de jeu, des espaces VIP, des bars, des espaces de restauration et des zones de divertissement. L'objectif était de concevoir un environnement élégant et accueillant où les visiteurs peuvent profiter du jeu, de la musique et de l'hospitalité dans un espace visuellement captivant. 36 Design Concept The interior of TAYRONA blends contemporary luxury with natural materials to create a calm and refined retail environment. Warm lighting, textured finishes, and minimalist detailing establish a timeless shopping experience where every material contributes to highlighting the fashion collection while reinforcing the boutique's elegant identity. Color Palette -Warm beige textured plaster. -Charcoal and black metal accents. -Natural oak wood. -Light terrazzo and stone surfaces. -Soft ivory and sand tones -Muted blue accents in merchandise displays.
