Lead capture flipbook

Collect leads from high-value PDF flipbooks

Add a custom form to a flipbook when a catalog, brochure, guide, or property PDF should generate qualified inquiries.

Lead capture features

The form should be simple enough for readers and flexible enough for the team collecting the lead.

  1. 01

    Custom form fields

Add short text, long text, email, or phone fields and mark important fields as required.

  2. 02

    Gate after a chosen page

Let readers see part of the flipbook first, then ask for details when the document has shown enough value.

  3. 03

    Dismissible option

Allow readers to skip the form when the document should stay accessible but still offer a contact path.

  4. 04

    Lead results and CSV

Review submitted leads in the viewer panel and export collected fields when the sales workflow needs a spreadsheet.

How to add lead capture to a flipbook

Start with the PDF, then decide where the form makes sense in the reader journey.

  1. 1

    Create the flipbook

Upload a PDF and make sure the document is readable before adding a form.

  2. 2

    Choose the gate page

Set the page after which the form appears. For many assets, page two or three works better than the cover.

  3. 3

    Build the form

Add only the fields you need. Email and phone are useful, but too many fields can reduce submissions.

  4. 4

    Review leads

Use lead results together with page reads and link clicks to understand the quality of the asset.

FAQ

Lead capture questions

  • Can the form appear before the reader finishes?

Yes. Set the form to appear after a chosen page so readers can preview the flipbook before submitting details.

  • Can readers skip the form?

Yes, if the form is configured as dismissible. Use this when accessibility matters more than strict gating.

  • Can I choose my own fields?

Yes. Flipso supports custom short text, long text, email, and phone fields.

  • Does lead capture identify anonymous readers automatically?

No. Reader identity comes from submitted form fields. Without a form submission, analytics remain aggregate.
