Whitman Update5 Global Spotlight Whitman firmally put a pin on the map and the spotlight was on the site for the 60 year celebration. 60 years of manufacturing in the UK. 4 June 2026 was a truly memorable day for Whitman as we proudly celebrated our 60- year heritage and welcomed distinguished guests including Mr William P. Lauder, Mr Stéphane de La Faverie, UK Government officials, and senior leaders from across The Estée Lauder Companies. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our site, highlight the significant improvements and investments made over recent years, and demonstrate the innovation, expertise and capabilities that continue to drive our success. While reflecting on six decades of achievement, we also celebrated the incredible people who have shaped Whitman's journey—past and present. Their passion, dedication and commitment to excellence have been the foundation of our success and remain key to our future. The day was a proud moment for everyone connected to Whitman, recognising our rich history whilst looking ahead with confidence and excitement for the opportunities that lie ahead. From showcasing the site to planting a tree

Whitman Update 6 Our site teams did a fantastic job presenting to our visitors, proudly showcasing their areas and sharing the great work that takes place every day. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and deep knowledge reflected the dedication and commitment across the site. It was a wonderful opportunity to highlight our capabilities, celebrate our achievements, and demonstrate the pride our teams take in maintaining high standards and delivering excellence. Meeting the teams As part of our 60-year celebration activities, we were delighted to unveil the new mural in Reception, featuring a collection of inspiring quotations from Mrs. Estée Lauder. The mural celebrates the vision, determination, and values that helped shape our company and continues to inspire us today. If you haven’t had the opportunity to see it yet, please take a moment to stop by Reception and check it out. It’s a wonderful tribute to our heritage and a reminder of the passion and ambition that continue to drive Whitman forward. Unveiling the Mural

WHITMAN 2026 UKFinal Words from our VP, EMEA Manufacturing, Maria Genouzos 30MariaMaria GenouzosGenouzos Whitman Team, As we close Fiscal Year 2026 and already jump start FY27, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your commitment, resilience, and passion throughout what has been an extraordinary year. Over the past 12 months, Whitman has continued to strengthen its position as a critical manufacturing site within our global network. I was personally honoured to participate in your 60 Year celebration in June. Together, you delivered strong operational results, improved efficiency, advanced safety and quality programs, reduced waste and quality losses, accelerated innovation, and successfully supported major business priorities across multiple brands and markets. Along the way, you embraced PPS, expanded automation and digital capabilities, supported ambitious capacity increases, and demonstrated remarkable agility in responding to demand volatility and service challenges. What stands out most is not the metrics, but the way this team worked together. Whether launching new capabilities, integrating new products, overcoming supply constraints, improving service, or tackling complex operational challenges, you consistently showed what Whitman is capable of when everyone rallies around a common goal. The Deciem insourcing milestone, operational excellence improvements, and the relentless focus on consumers and customers are just a few examples of what you achieved together. Most importantly, you did this while continuing to build a culture rooted in safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. That culture is the foundation of every success we celebrate today. As we begin FY27, let us not view this past year as the finish line, but as proof of what is possible. The opportunities ahead are significant, and I am confident that with the same teamwork, ownership, and determination, we will continue to raise the bar for ourselves, our consumers, and our company. Thank you for everything you have accomplished. Let's carry this momentum forward, challenge ourselves to think bigger, move faster, and continue building the future of Whitman together. With great appreciation,
