This week, I’d really encourage everyone to take a few minutes to complete our Communications Survey. We want to hear from you. Your feedback is important in helping us understand what is working well and where we can improve. Without your engagement and honest feedback, we cannot identify the changes that will make our site communications better for everyone. Please check out the QR Code at the end of the communication. As activity and volumes continue to increase across the site, please also remember that Safety and Quality remain our priority. No matter how busy we are, we must continue to slow down, think before we act, look out for one another and ensure we maintain the standards expected of us. Thank you for your continued support, engagement and teamwork. MESSAGE PLANT MANAGERS’ BEN SMITH 03 WEEKLY BRIEF

06 WEEKLY BRIEF Dan Lambert WC 2 ManagerWEEKLY UPDATE Operations - WC 2 Thank you to the entire WC2 team for your hard work and commitment throughout September and into October. Together, we produced more than Ten million units during September, with WC2 making a significant contribution. Last week, the work centre also produced over 200,000 units on several days. With high-volume plans continuing, it is encouraging that OEE has returned to its previous performance level so far in October. A key watchout for WC2 remains Right First Time (RFT), following an increase in avoidable errors such as dirty components and missing batches. Please remain vigilant and complete the correct checks to protect quality while delivering our planned volumes. It is also great to welcome Lola for her keeping-in-touch day ahead of her expected return in December. Thank you once again for your exceptional effort! Well done, WC2! Town Halls: Strengthening our standards Last week we held our Compounding Town Halls across shifts, taking time to recognise what the team continues to deliver while also openly reflecting on the safety and quality issues we have experienced. The focus was not on blame, but on accountability, learning and ensuring we apply our standards consistently every time. We reinforced what good looks like: stop and think, follow the process, speak up when unsure, look after each other and take accountability for our actions. Ultimately, we are one department with one standard, regardless of shift. Compounding - WC4 Welcoming our Oevel colleagues This week we are also welcoming colleagues from Oevel Compounding to Whitman. Their visit is focused on learning from our experience of operating 5-tonne vessels, ahead of Oevel introducing its first vessel of this size. The programme includes observing batch start-up and manufacture, understanding Preweigh and material staging, collaboration with QC, auxiliary vessels and containers, and sharing approaches to standard work and continuous improvement. It is a great opportunity to share what we do well, learn from each other and continue strengthening Compounding across our sites. Cat Clark WC 4 Manager
