Unlike traditional LOC’s, ours don’t have monthly maintenance fees and our rates are locked in vs. variable rates. The shortest amortization period is 6 months, the longest 36 months. Rates starting as low as 1.5% monthly. Equipment Finance Product Up to 90 Days deferred payments available with terms from 18 months to 72 months. We do have partners who offer principal balance payoffs and others who charge a nominal fee for early payoff. We would be looking at rates around 7-8%, pending credit review. The equipment serves as the collateral. We can do app only up to $250k; above that we would require financials. It would be an option to split this into several deals to keep the exposure at $250k and avoid the need for financials.
