P R O J E C T 03 STRUCTURAL INNOVATION Delta Beams were utilized to achieve longer structural spans while minimizing beam projections below the slab. The integrated beam system increased available ceiling space, providing greater flexibility for MEP routing, HVAC ducts, piping, and cable trays. Double-story precast columns exceeding 7 meters in height were adopted to reduce the number of column-to-column connections, improve structural continuity, and accelerate installation. The combination of Delta Beams and tall precast columns enhanced floor-to-floor efficiency, improved constructability, and optimized usable building space. P R O J E C T 07 Structural Highlights 70m+ pedestrian bridge formed by two long-span deck sections of approximately 35m each, creating a continuous and efficient pedestrian crossing. Deck system utilizes 4 prestressed concrete girders supporting Hollow Core Slabs (HCS). Integrated spiral access ramps provide accessibility while minimizing the overall footprint. BIM-based modeling, detailing, and coordination supported fabrication and installation.
