Once upon a time, in the Whispering Woods, the days were very quiet. But tonight, a big silence filled the forest. Felix, the happy little fox, sat by the giant old tree and listened. The breeze was not blowing. The musical sound of the leaves was gone. Felix looked up at the cozy twilight sky and said, "Our forest needs a beautiful song so everyone can go to sleep peacefully." 1
High above the clouds, Pip the tiny mouse and Owl the Wise were flying in their soft patchwork balloon. They heard little Felix. Pip peeked over the basket and squeaked, "Owl! The breeze is asleep. We must help the others make a happy tune!" Owl hooted softly and steered the balloon toward the clouds to find their friends. 2
Deep inside the forest, Barnaby the Bunny took his glowing golden key. He hopped over to Ember, the fluffy white bear. Together, they found a sparkly crystal xylophone and golden bells. Barnaby said with a happy wiggle, "If we all play together, the magic music will wake up the breeze!" 3
All the friends gathered on a big, soft cloud: Felix the fox, Pip the mouse, Owl, Barnaby, Ember the bear, and Spark the little dragon. Everyone took an instrument. Together, they began to play. Their music made a bright melody in the sky. The breeze started to blow again, and a sweet, sleepy song hugged the whole forest. 4
