As a future practical nurse, I have a responsibility to provide safe and Competent care, while as a learner,I have a responsibility to take ownership of my educationI will use credible information to make safe and informed decisions, because what I learn will eventually affect my grades my patients. I will maintain academic integrity by doing my own work and being honest about where my knowledge comes from. I will use critical thinking to question and apply what I learn, so I can take responsibility for the care I provide and continue growing as a learner..To me, being accountable means understanding that my knowledge matters, because one day, someone’s well-being may depend on it.~ OJimaSeptember 2026Nursing Reflection Journal
