BUSAN U-DONG 1502 COMPLEX DEVELOPMENTNEW BUILDING CONSTRUCTION Situated at the heart of Busan's Centum City, this landmark mixed- use tower reaches a height of 350.1m with 66 stories above grade and 8 below grade, providing over 106,000m² of space. The multi- functional program combines luxury officetels (approx. 175 units), office and R&D workspaces, and an IBM quantum computer installation with exclusive amenities like a membership club, two levels of below-grade retail, and 1,492 parking spaces spread across both underground and podium levels.
