Flipso

Terms and Conditions

Last updated 6 November 2026

These terms apply when you use Flipso at flipbook.so, the Flipso app in Canva or a flipbook made with Flipso. By using Flipso you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Flipso is operated by WaspThemes, a business based in Türkiye. In these terms, "we" means WaspThemes and "you" means the person or business using Flipso. If you use Flipso for a business, you accept these terms for that business.

2. The service

Flipso turns PDFs and Canva designs into flipbooks you can share by link, embed on a website and show on Discover.

The free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. Pro and Business add features to the flipbooks in your account. The pricing page lists what each plan includes, including the largest PDF it accepts. In some countries Pro features are free and paid plans are not sold; we choose these countries and may change the list.

We may refuse a file that is too large, damaged or that we cannot convert. We may set or change limits on files, pages, storage and use. We may change, limit or stop any feature or plan, including the free plan, at any time.

New or test features may be offered as they are, may change and may be removed at any time.

Flipso is an online service and nothing is shipped. Paid features switch on in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

3. Your account

You can make a flipbook without an account. To keep, edit or pay for flipbooks, you sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. If you make a flipbook without signing in, you are its owner and are fully responsible for it and for any data it collects. To have it deleted, email us at support@flipbook.so with its link.

Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for everything done with your Flipso account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.

You must be at least 16 to use Flipso, or older if your country requires it. You may not use Flipso if you are on a sanctions list or in a country under comprehensive sanctions.

4. Your content

The files and text you upload stay yours. You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, convert, store, process and show them as far as we need to run and promote Flipso. This covers making page images, thumbnails, previews and searchable text, having AI write titles, categories and tags, showing a public flipbook to anyone with its link, in embeds and on Discover, and showing its cover and title on our site and in search engines. We may let the providers that run Flipso for us do the same on our behalf.

You also let every reader view your public flipbooks and share or embed their link.

The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep by law and copies others have already made. We do not change what your pages show, except to convert, resize or compress them and to add what you set in the editor.

You must own your content or have every right and consent needed to upload, share and show it on Flipso, including for people, photos, brands and personal data in it. We may ask you to prove this and may remove content if you do not.

You alone are responsible for what you create, upload, share or collect with Flipso. We have no duty to check or monitor content and do not verify ownership. We may review, remove, hide from Discover or restrict any content or account that we believe breaks these terms or the law, without notice.

Keep your own copies of your files. We delete the PDF file once its pages are made and we do not promise to keep backups.

5. Public and private flipbooks

A flipbook is public unless you make it private or add a password. Anyone with the link can read a public flipbook. A public flipbook saved to an account can appear on Discover, on your publisher profile, in our sitemap and in search engines, and anyone can find it there. Making flipbooks private is a paid feature.

A private flipbook can be read only by people who have its link. A password-protected flipbook asks for the password first. Private and password-protected flipbooks are not listed on Discover or in our sitemap and ask search engines not to index them. A flipbook made without an account is not listed on Discover and asks search engines not to index it until it is saved to an account.

These settings are not encryption. Page images are served from links that are not password-protected, and anyone who has the link to a flipbook can pass it on. Do not upload content that must stay confidential.

Whether a public flipbook appears on Discover, and where, is our choice. Discover titles, categories and tags are written by AI and can be wrong. We may change them, and we may keep a flipbook off Discover for any reason.

When you delete a flipbook its link stops working. Copies that readers, search engines or other sites have already saved are outside our control.

6. Lead forms and readers

If your flipbook has a lead form, you decide what it collects and you are the data controller for the answers. We store and process them on your behalf, only to show them to you, let you download them and email them to you. You must have a lawful basis for collecting them, tell readers who you are and how you use their data, and answer their requests. Do not ask for passwords, payment card details, health data or other sensitive data.

We show you how many times your flipbooks were read, which pages were read and which links were clicked. These figures do not identify readers.

Readers who want their answers changed or removed can contact you, or write to us at support@flipbook.so.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Flipso to upload, share or collect anything that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, or harms or deceives people. This includes hate speech, harassment, threats, violent extremism, spam, scams, phishing, malware, and other people's personal data shared without their consent.

Content that sexually exploits children is never allowed. We remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities. Sexual content may not be public or listed on Discover.

Do not use Flipso as general file storage or to spread files that are not meant to be read as flipbooks. Do not publish flipbooks only to place links or keywords for search engines.

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of Flipso, test its weaknesses, reverse engineer it, scrape it or copy it with automated tools, or access accounts and flipbooks you are not allowed to. Do not pretend to be someone else or send false reports.

If you break these rules, we may remove the content, limit what you can do, or suspend or close the account behind it, without notice and without a refund.

9. Payments, prices and tax

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders. You buy a paid plan from Paddle under Paddle's buyer terms, and Paddle handles the payment, the invoice, tax and refunds.

Prices are shown in your currency on the pricing page and at checkout, and include tax where it applies. Paddle works out and collects the tax for your country. The total at checkout is what you pay.

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly as you choose. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. If a price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

10. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time with Manage subscription under Account in the site menu, or with the link in Paddle's receipt email. You are not charged again, and your paid features stay on until the end of the period you already paid for.

When a paid plan ends, your flipbooks stay in your account and the paid features stop working on them. A flipbook you made private stays private.

11. Refund policy

Ask for a refund within 15 days of purchase and you get the full amount back, no questions asked.

To ask, write to support@flipbook.so from the email address you paid with, or use the link in Paddle's receipt email. Paddle sends the money back to the payment method you used, and the paid features of that payment end.

After 15 days a payment is refunded only where the law requires it. These terms do not reduce any right of withdrawal you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

12. Our rights

Flipso's software, design, name and logo belong to us. You may not copy, change or distribute them, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and owe you nothing for them.

13. Other services and websites

Flipso works with services run by others, such as Google sign-in, Canva and Paddle. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

Flipbooks can link to other websites and can be embedded on them. We do not control or check those websites and are not responsible for them. The owner of a website that embeds a flipbook is responsible for that website.

14. Disclaimers and liability

Flipso is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for content that users upload or share, for what readers do with it, for downtime, for lost files, or for delays and failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as outages of our providers, attacks or natural events.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

15. Your responsibility to us

You will cover our losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, if a claim against us arises from your content, the data your flipbooks collect, your use of Flipso or a breach of these terms.

16. Ending the service

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Flipso, its users or us at risk, or stop the service at any time. You can stop using Flipso at any time and delete your flipbooks or your account. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data then.

The sections on your content, acceptable use, disclaimers and liability, your responsibility to us and governing law still apply after an account is closed.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, and disputes go to the courts of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, as far as that law requires. Where the law allows, a claim must be brought within one year after it arises.

18. General

These terms, together with our privacy policy, cookie policy and copyright policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about Flipso. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.

You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over Flipso.

We may send you notices by email to the address of your account. If translations of these terms differ, the English version applies.

19. Support

Every user, free or paid, gets support by email at support@flipbook.so. We answer as soon as we reasonably can, and Business requests first.

20. Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Using Flipso after that means you accept the new terms.

21. Contact

Questions about these terms: support@flipbook.so or the form on our support page.
