One example is Pax Silica, which shows how technology and investments can create opportunities for jobs and economic growth, but can also raise concerns about the environment, land, and local communities. My main insight is that progress should not only focus on technology or money. It should also consider the people who may be affected by development. As a student and future professional, I learned that being aware of community issues is important because our decisions can affect others. True progress should benefit both the community and the environment.

For me, SWOT Analysis is helpful because it allows us to know what we are good at and what we need to improve.
