A note for Parents & Teachers This workbook helps children aged 3–8 learn that their body belongs to them and that they always have the right to say no to any touch that feels wrong. Each activity is designed to be done with a trusted adult nearby. You do not need specialist training to use this book. Read the prompts aloud, let the child respond in their own way, and follow their lead. At the back of this book, you will find a guide to each activity with conversation starters and what to do if a child shares something that worries you. If a child tells you something that worries you during these activities, believe them, stay calm, and speak to your school’s designated safeguarding lead or call the relevant helpline.
