ABOUT USABOUT USUEH.ISB Welcome Night is an annual event organised to welcome new UEH.ISB-ers and provide them with the finest impressions within the university environment. This year, UEH.ISB Welcome Night 2026 will accommodate approximately 1,000 participants, including all new talented students from UEH.ISB Honours College.

SCOPE OF WORK Team Content Requirements Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to keep up with trends and stay up to date. Good time management and effective teamwork skills. A desire to learn and grow, with a focused and responsible attitude. Attention to detail.

Responsibilities Create content (generating ideas, creating briefs, writing content, updating stories) for online media channels. Collaborate with Media Team to develop media products. Assist the Organizing Team in preparing backstage logistics and props. Benefits Enhance communication, event organisation, teamwork, and SEO writing skills. Gain hands-on experience and get a closer look at the working environment of UEH.ISB Event Team. Expand network and potentially be featured in media articles.

Team Media Requirements Creativity and good design thinking. Attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and a proactive mindset. Flexibility and readiness to actively participate in activities. Hands-on experience in photography and basic graphic design will be an advantage. SCOPE OF WORK

Design promotional materials for the Media Interactive Booth. Collaborate with Content Team to develop media products. Capture photos at important events. Team Merch Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibility, proactivity, and a willingness to learn. Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong problem-solving ability. Efficiently utilising time and available tools (e.g., Google Workspace) to complete tasks. Willing and ready to work offline. SCOPE OF WORK

Plan product promotion, manage booths, and sell products. Track and update orders, as well as handle deliveries. Assist the Organizing Team in preparing backstage logistics and props. Team Performance Team Performance RequirementsRequirements Ability to dedicate at least 3 hours per day for practice (between 6 PM and 9 PM). Good stage adaptability and stage thinking.
