“SYNC” represents the synchronization between movement, people, spaces, and experience The project is designed as a synchronized environment where circulation, social interaction, and spatial connectivity work together to create a unified urban experience. WHY SYNCAmusement ParkCinemaOfficesRetailHotel PROGRAM DISTRIBUTION Functions are distributed according to activity and accessibility, creating an integrated relationshipRebirthTransitionPast CONCEPT FORMATION The concept evolves through the idea of Past – Transition – Rebirth, reflecting the transformation of the site into a contemporary mixed-use destination.Project CoreMain AxePlot125.000 m SITE BOUNDARY The project originates from the site geometry and surrounding urban edges, establishing the primary development footprint. MAIN AXIS & CORE A central axis is introduced to organize circulation and connect the project’s main functions through a unified core. FORM GENERATION The design is guided by the site’s view boundaries, every building orientation and line carefully derived from the natural directions and forces of the context RIGID TO FLUID As Alamein was rooted in World War II the design concept moves from rigid to fluid, symbolizing the transformation from a landscape of conflict to a future of openness, movement. Creating a rounded central zone, neither rigid nor fluid, as an intermediate space that anchors the project and symbolizes the link between Alamein’s past and its future. 01 02 03 04 INTERMEDIANTE CORE SITE-ORIENTED DESIGN CONCEPT
