Timber Creek Holiday Market December 5 | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Join your neighbors for a festive afternoon of holiday shopping, seasonal treats, and community fun at the Timber Creek Holiday Market. Browse unique gifts from local vendors, enjoy the holiday atmosphere, and kick off the season with friends and family. Interested in becoming a vendor? Please complete the Holiday Market application or pick up a form at the Administration Office. All applications must be submitted by November 15. Space is limited, so reserve your table early! Save the Date: Holiday Events Ahead! Candy Donations Still Needed for Trunk or Treat! Help us make this year's Trunk or Treat a sweet success! We are currently accepting donations of individually wrapped candy for our participating trunks. Landscaping Representatives from Estate Landscaping will be available every Tuesday from 10 AM to 12 PM in the Social Room so that everyone in the community can reach out with questions, concerns, or requests. Feel free to stop by any time during that window — no appointment needed. If you can't make it during office hours but need to reach them, you can: - Call them at 239-498-1187 - Visit their website to submit a service request: https://estatelandscaping.com/service-request/ Lighting We are happy to see that enhanced exterior lighting is becoming more popular in our community. Note that lighting enhancements must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee to ensure that enhancements are carefully integrated into landscape and architectural plans to enhance nighttime aesthetics while maintaining community standards. One standard that is not being adhered to is the use of colored lenses. Timber Creekstandards state that: · Colored lenses are prohibited except for temporary holiday displays. Please be aware of this standard when you have your new lighting installed. POA Reminders Timber Creek’s Annual Meeting Timber Creek will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Town Center Social Room. Please expect an email asking for your proxy or vote to approve statutory reserves. Statutory Reserves vs. Pooled Reserves in Florida HOAs In Florida, “statutory reserves” are reserve accounts created under the Homeowners’ Association Act, while “pooled reserves” are a funding method where all reserve funds are combined into one account for flexibility in covering repairs and replacements

The Board of Supervisors of the Timber Creek Southwest Community Development District are scheduled to hold a Landowners Election and Regular Meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 8:15 a.m. at the offices of Lennar Homes, 10461 Six Mile Cypress Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida 33966.
