Month at a Glance A Month of Meaningful Moments September was a vibrant month at Adani Vidya Mandir, Ahmedabad, filled with opportunities for learning, creativity, celebration, and awareness. The month began with the TLM Competition, where teachers showcased innovative Teaching-Learning Materials to make classroom experiences more engaging. The Parenting Workshop provided parents with valuable insights and practical strategies to support their children’s holistic development. The school community came together for a joyful Teachers’ Day Celebration, honouring the dedication and contribution of our educators. Promoting environmental responsibility, students participated in Eco- Friendly Ganesh Idol Making, expressing their creativity while embracing sustainable practices. The month also featured a POCSO Awareness Workshop for non-academic staff, strengthening awareness about child safety, professional boundaries, and safeguarding practices. September truly reflected the school’s commitment to learning, creativity, celebration, sustainability, and the well-being of every child.

AVMA Students Dive into Aviation & Space at Science City Wings of Ambition Class X students of Adani Vidya Mandir, Ahmedabad, visited Science City on 11 September 2026 for ASPIRE India 2026 – Aviation Programme. The visit offered valuable insights into aviation, aerospace, space technology, engineering, and defence careers through expert sessions, aircraft displays, university interactions, and an engaging interaction with an IN- SPACe representative. The enriching experience broadened students’ horizons and inspired them to explore diverse career pathways.

Sustainability & HSE Corner POCSO Awareness Workshop Adani Vidya Mandir, Ahmedabad conducted a POCSO Awareness Workshop for over 60 non- academic staff members. Facilitated by CACA – Children Against Child Abuse, the session focused on recognising signs of abuse, maintaining professional boundaries, and responding with care and sensitivity. The workshop reinforced the shared responsibility of every adult in creating a safe and child-sensitive school environment.

Sustainability & HSE Corner ABCD OF PARENTING WORKSHOP The ABCD of Parenting Workshop was an insightful and engaging session designed to strengthen the partnership between parents and the school. The workshop focused on understanding children’s needs, effective communication, positive parenting approaches, and supporting their holistic development. It provided parents with meaningful insights and practical strategies to nurture confident, responsible, and emotionally well- rounded children.

Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration Adani Vidya Mandir, Ahmedabad, celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with creativity, devotion and a meaningful message. Students welcomed Bappa by creating eco-friendly Ganesha idols with clay, embracing the values of sustainability and mindful celebration. The activity encouraged students to learn from Lord Ganesha’s inspiring qualities—wisdom, concentration, adaptability, patience and compassion. Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration Celebrating Green Traditions The Eco-Friendly Ganesha Idol-Making Workshop, held on 11 September 2026 for students of Grades IV to IX at Adani Vidya Mandir, Ahmedabad, was a vibrant celebration of creativity, culture, and environmental consciousness. With immense enthusiasm, students crafted beautiful Ganesha idols using natural clay, plant seeds, and biodegradable materials provided by the clubs.

At Adani Vidya Mandir, Ahmedabad, students explored the concept of balanced nutrition by creating their own food pyramids. Through this hands-on activity, they identified essential food groups, understood their nutritional importance, and developed awareness of the harmful effects of excessive junk food consumption. The activity encouraged students to distinguish between nutritious and unhealthy food choices, understand the importance of moderation, and make informed decisions for a healthier lifestyle. By transforming classroom concepts into creative, meaningful experiences, our young learners developed nutritional awareness, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of healthy living. Achievement Zone Canva goodies for Sonali Thakor, who received a Special Mention in the Canva Education Summer Innovation Challenge 2026, Her innovative ideas, creative approach, and enthusiasm for using digital tools made her work truly appreciable. As a token of appreciation for her outstanding participation and achievement, Sonali was presented with Canva goodies. This recognition celebrates not only her accomplishment but also her willingness to explore new ideas, experiment with creativity, and express herself through digital design.
