The façade design was developed in direct response to the existing steel structural frame inherited from the previous construction phase. Rather than concealing the existing glazed box, the new architectural language works around it, transforming the original structure into the foundation of a more refined and expressive composition. A secondary layer of lightweight façade panels wraps the building, creating depth, rhythm, and visual continuity across the elevations. The panels are defined by a distinctive graphic pattern that gives the façade a recognizable identity while introducing a dynamic interplay of solid and transparent surfaces. At the main entrance, two prominent vertical elements rise through the composition, reinforcing the building’s scale and creating a clear architectural focal point. Their strong vertical expression emphasizes the entrance and provides a sense of hierarchy within the overall façade. Carefully controlled accents of color are integrated into the design to break the neutrality of the envelope and add a subtle yet memorable character. Together, the layered façade, graphic pattern, vertical elements, and selective use of color create a contemporary architectural identity that responds to the existing structure while establishing a distinctive new presence for the project.
