Our Litigation Clinic represented a reservist student and helped secure a ₪15,657 scholarship to which he was entitled. Our Debt & Insolvency Clinic assisted a reservist facing significant debt and successfully helped bring the proceedings against him to an end. Our Employment Law Clinic presented a formal position paper to the Knesset’s Labor and Welfare Committee on behalf of the reservist community. Our Employment Law Clinic helped prevent the dismissal of a reservist’s wife through legal intervention with her employer. Our Banking Law Clinic led a freedom-of- information process concerning reservists’ benefits, helping expand eligibility to thousands of additional reservists. Our Patients’ Rights Clinic represented a reservist suffering from PTSD, securing 87% medical disability recognition and 100% loss-of-work-capacity recognition. Highlights from the Past Year
