Thoughtfully designed to become meaningful keepsakes, each guest portrait is hand-painted in watercolor on a 5×7 archival art print. Every portrait is carefully placed in a protective sleeve, making it easy for your guests to take home and treasure long after your celebration. As our gift to you, every wedding package includes a complimentary 8×10 custom watercolor portrait of the bride and groom (or the event host), creating a timeless piece to commemorate your special day. I typically complete 8–10 guest portraits per hour during the celebration. Depending on the package chosen, the remaining guest portraits will be completed in my studio after the wedding. THE SIGNATURE 3 Hours of Live Illustration $1,200 For weddings with up to 80-120 guests Up to 30 full-body guests or 45 half-body guests live at the wedding. The perfect balance of coverage and experience, bringing your guests to life throughout cocktail hour and reception. Remainder will be completed in studio. THE GRAND 6 Hours of Live Illustration $2,400 For weddings with up to 120-150 guests Up to 60 full-body guests or 80 half-body guests live at the wedding. Reserve Your Date Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to learn all about your event. We’ll review your timeline, I’ll send over your contract for signature, and an invoice will be issued. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding.Page 3HOW IT WORKSFinal Event Coordination Approximately three months before your event, I’ll connect with your planner or coordinator to confirm logistics, including my setup location and event timeline. For example, if you’ve selected The Signature Package, I’ll coordinate to ensure a table is available during both cocktail hour and the reception if needed Wedding Day Setup I’ll arrive one hour before my scheduled start time to set up, which typically takes about 15 minutes. All I require is one table and one chair. As guests arrive, I’ll invite them to stop by and let them know their watercolor portrait is a special gift from the couple. A QR code will be displayed at my table, allowing every guest the opportunity to request a portrait— even if I don’t have time to paint everyone during the event After the Wedding If any guests scan the QR code and request a portrait after the event, I’ll complete their watercolor portrait in my studio and mail it directly to them. This ensures everyone has the opportunity to receive a keepsake from your special day. Enjoy Your Keepsakes You’ll receive your complimentary 8×10 portrait of the couple (either completed live or in the studio, depending on your selection), while your guests will treasure their hand-painted watercolor portraits as a meaningful reminder of your wedding day for years to come.
