RENTAL VS SERVICED ACCOMMODATIONTRADITIONAL LONG-TERM RENTAL Choosing the Right Model for Your Property The way a property is operated can have a significant impact on income, flexibility, property condition and landlord involvement. TRADITIONAL LONG-TERM RENTAL A conventional rental can provide stable monthly income with relatively low day-to-day involvement once a tenant is in place.
