This is a registration guide from the University of Caloocan City University Library. It is intended for UCC students, faculty and staff who want free access to the Wiley Online Library. The document explains how to obtain a personal account that unlocks over 3,000 eBooks, open access journals and reference works for teaching, learning and research.

The guide opens with an overview of what the Wiley Online Library offers: thousands of eBook titles, scholarly open access journals and reference materials across all academic programs. It then presents a two-step registration process that begins with an in-person visit to the campus library.

Step 1 covers pre-registration. Users must go to the library, show a valid ID or registration form, scan a QR code and fill in their details. Library staff assist throughout and provide a quick tour of the Wiley platform. Registration runs from October 6 to 30, 2026.

Step 2 explains how to create the actual account. Users go to a library computer, click Individual Login on the Wiley homepage, sign up with a personal email, enter a 6-digit verification code and receive a welcome email. Library staff guide each step.

The guide also includes search tips: users can find content by keyword, author or title, use advanced search filters by date, journal or subject, and read or save PDFs. A Good to Know section reminds users that access is for individual non-commercial academic use, login credentials must not be shared, and personal data is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
