The newsletter explains what the 'Plus' in PolioPlus means, describing how Rotary and partners support clean water, nutrition services, routine immunizations, and vaccination points along major travel routes in Pakistan. It also lists creative fundraising activities by Rotary members, including a dog show in Bolivia, a vintage car rally in Italy, honoring a polio survivor in Trinidad and Tobago, selling Christmas cakes in Australia, and a purple-themed dinner in Canada.
A message from Rotary International President Olayinka 'Yinka' Hakeem Babalola expresses gratitude to leaders serving the End Polio Now cause. The bulletin also congratulates AKS PDG Twinkle Gamboa and PAG Archie Gamboa on their conferment as AKS, with certificates presented by Trustee Chair PRIP Jennifer Jones and RIPE Larry Lunsford.
