01 RESIDENTIAL HOUSE The Residential House is a thoughtfully planned two-story residential dwelling that features comprehensive floor layouts, roof plans, and exterior elevations. Its ground floor layout accommodates a carport, a spacious living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a laundry/storage room, a drying area, a patio, a garden, and a master's bedroom complete with a walk-in closet and a private master's bathroom. Building upon this, the second floor layout features a grand hall, a family room, a study, three additional bedrooms, balconies, and connecting functional spaces. 3

02 CIVIC CENTER The Civic Center is a multi-functional public complex designed to serve community, commercial, and spiritual needs. Its core facilities include a public market with organized retail stalls, a two-story library, a multi-purpose hall, a sports center, an ecumenical chapel, and a mechanical recovery facility. Furthermore, the complex's design elements are backed by detailed functional adjacency matrices, drop-off zones, indoor sports arenas, auditorium seating, central water fountain features, and beautifully landscaped outdoor gathering plazas. 7

03HIGH-RISE BUILDING CoraVida Heights is a wave-form high-rise featuring dual towers over a three-story commercial podium. Evolving from a single mass, it splits into two dynamically curved structures of varying heights. The podium houses retail, dining, and offices, while Tower 1 offers luxury hospitality and Tower 2 provides studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. 11

04 TERTIARY HOSPITAL The Bulacan Provincial Cancer Hospital is a specialized healthcare complex combining clinical efficiency with patient-centric healing. It features strict architectural zoning across outer, second, inner, deep, and service zones, and is fully equipped with advanced medical facilities like EBRT, CT scan suites, an ICU, and laboratories. Furthermore, its sustainable design incorporates solar louvers, healing gardens, and an integrated transport terminal. 17

This dynamic sun-tracking louver system is integrated into the cancer hospital's facade. Featuring vertically aligned exterior panels, it automatically adjusts to follow the sun's trajectory to provide optimal solar shading, reduce glare, and enhance indoor comfort. 19
