Architecture Portfolio - B.Arch Projects

This portfolio presents a series of architectural projects including a boating pavilion, community centre, luxury retail interior, landscape design, and a conservation institute. Each project includes concept, design approach, plans, sections, and 3D views.

This is an architecture portfolio from a B.Arch student or professional. It contains a collection of design projects covering recreational, community, retail, landscape, and conservation typologies. The document is intended for academic or professional presentation.

The first project is a Boating Pavilion located in Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Mumbai. It explores a recreational pavilion that connects land and water using natural materials, natural light, organic elements, and a soft colour palette. The concept focuses on the connection between land and water.

The second project is a Community Centre in Chikhane Village, Dahanu, Maharashtra. It is designed for social interaction across age groups, inspired by the natural cycle of trees. The design integrates community spaces, landscape, and continuity of activities.

The third project is an interior design for a Bottega Veneta luxury retail store at Jio World Drive, Mumbai. It responds to the brand's understated luxury and Intrecciato weaving technique. The design includes plans, sections, furniture plan, flooring plan, RCP, and electrical plan.

Additional projects include a landscape project (podium designing), an Institute for Mangrove and Biodiversity Conservation, a Wellness Centre, working drawings, 3D views, models, and a Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The portfolio covers a range of architectural scales and stages.
