0 1Type: Educational, cultural Location: Cancún, México Center for Arts and Culture Inspired by the novel “The Midnight Library”, this project explores the idea of living between possibilities and alternate paths. It proposes a cultural space where decisions, stories, and aspirations converge, creating an environment that encourages creativity, reflection, and personal exploration through a sequence of transitional and dynamic spaces, transforming the building into an experiential journey Building shape / design process Garden design EXPLODED DIAGRAM

FIRST FLOOR Is divided into two volumes: one dedicated to administration, study, and commercial activities, anchored by the library, while the oher focused on cultural and community functions, including the auditorium, cafeteria and outdoor forum. The upper floor houses additional library spaces, art exhibitions, work areas, and classrooms, while the second volume is dedicated to the auditorium and its six viewing balconies. SECTION A SECTION B Influenced by Brutalist architecture, the design emphasizes bold geometric forms, exposed materials, and a strong sense of monumentality. Spaces are clearly defined while remaining interconnected, allowing for both organization and flexibility.

QR: video The spatial organization unfolds through interconnected spaces that create diverse atmospheres and experiences, with circulation acting as a key element for exploration. This journey is reinforced by the volumetric composition, generating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow both inside and outside the building.
Building shape / design process0 2 Type: Religious, cultural Location: Cancún, México Cathedral of the Holy Trinity The concept of the cathedral is inspired by the “veil of the temple”, understood as a symbol of transition between the earthly and the sacred. The project is organized into two main volumes: one housing the cathedral and chapels, representing the divine, while the other containing administrative and community spaces, representing the earthly. At the center, the crypts act as a unifying element, embodying the connection between both realms. EXPLODED DIAGRAM - MAIN BUILDING The veil serves as a threshold between the sacred and the human, organizing spaces through an organic separation while a central axis connects both realms, echoing its concept.

A continuous architectural language connects the different buildings, while green roofs and landscaped spaces strengthen the relationship between the project and its natural setting. The design prioritizes integration over contrast, allowing the architecture to respond to the site in a respectful and cohesive way. Building shape / design process0 3 Type: Residential Location: Cancún, México Mare´s house Centered around openness and connection to the coastal environment, the project creates flexible and airy spaces that enhance relaxation, natural light, and outdoor living. Designed as a vacation rental residence, double-height spaces, the pool, and a detached studio extend the living experience outdoors, creating an immersive beach atmosphere. Double-height spaces enhance spatial amplitude and ventilation, while the pool and exterior studio extend the living experience outdoors, creating a relaxed and immersive environment. EXPLODED DIAGRAM The project was developed through a modular grid system that guided the spatial organization and overall composition of the house.
FIRST FLOOR ROOF PLAN SECTION SECTION GROUND FLOOR PLAN The residence is organized through a clear separation between social and private areas, the ground floor contains the main living spaces, which open toward an outdoor area with a swimming pool, lounge space, private studio and direct beach access. Two bedrooms occupy the upper level, creating a balanced relationship between privacy and comfort, and coastal living.

Building shape / design process0 4 Type: Residential - comertial Location: Cancún, México Adriatta - Mixed use building This mixed-use building combines commercial and residential spaces through a design focused on accessibility, comfort, and natural ventilation. The ground floor features an open commercial layout connected by a central corridor that improves circulation and pedestrian congestion, while four residential levels offer diverse apartment layouts with terraces and views. A rooftop with recreational and wellness amenities such as a gym, pool, kids room, promotes community and quality of life for residents. One of the project's main challenges was preserving a protected tree on site, rather than treating it as a constraint, the design integrates it as a focal element, strengthening the relationship between architecture and nature. EXPLODED DIAGRAM The façade was conceived as a continuous element that wraps around the main volume, creating a unified identity and adding depth to the architectural composition.

0 5Parametric table design Selected for fabrication, this parametric table explores the translation of digital design into a physical object. Constructed from a series of MDF elements, the piece is generated through repetition and variation, creating a dynamic form that combines structure and visual rhythm. This modular approach not only maximizes material efficiency but also allows for a high degree of customization, enabling the design to adapt to different spatial requirements through the addition or removal of components. Ad the result is a piece that functions both as practical furniture and as a sculptural object, encouraging interaction while showcasing the possibilities of parametric design. DESIGN PROCESS

The project incorporates a network of electric mobility capsules, semi-underground parking, pedestrian and cycling infrastructure, cultural facilities, public gathering spaces, and commercial areas. Through the integration of these elements, the proposal seeks to improve accessibility, activate public space, and create a vibrant urban environment throughout the day and night. Actual view Despite its high level of activity, the area lacks an integrated circulation system, creating challenges for both pedestrian mobility and vehicular flow
ELECTRIC CAPSULE STATIONSROUTES FAÇADES The electric capsule system is proposed as an alternative mode of transportation to help the traffic congestion within the area, where mobility is currently limited by a restricted road network. By providing an additional transportation option, the system aims to improve connectivity and reduce dependence on private vehicles. Beyond mobility, the stations incorporate cultural programs such as libraries, museums, and exhibition spaces, promoting art and education as part of the area's urban transformation. Urban intervención
To improve the organization of nightlife activities within the area, the proposal concentrates entertainment venues into a dedicated district. By consolidating these uses within a single development, the project seeks to reduce visual clutter, improve urban image, and create a more cohesive and manageable nightlife environment. 2URB-03A“CORAL NEGRO” MARKETL, INTERVENTION The proposal reimagines the existing market through a complete spatial reorganization aimed at improving functionality and integration with the surrounding urban context. Open circulation areas, increased vegetation, and a more cohesive architectural language transform the market into a more inviting and active public destination. “Coral negro” Market FAÇADES SECTION
3URB-05The project incorporates three interconnected amphitheaters organized as a single cultural complex. Their arrangement creates a dynamic gathering space capable of hosting multiple events simultaneously while maintaining a strong visual connection between each venue. Designed as open-air spaces with roof coverage, the amphitheaters encourage interaction with the surrounding landscape while providing comfort and flexibility for performances, cultural activities, and community events.
