This document is a set of architectural construction drawings for two ground-floor bathrooms in a private residence located at Plot No. 218, Bahria Hills. It was prepared by Studio NODE Architecture, Interior Design & Project Management, based in Karachi, for client Mr. Adeel Shahzad. The drawings are intended for contractors and builders executing the interior fit-out.
The first bathroom (Bath-1) measures 13'-0" by 7'-0". The layout plan shows a shower area with a 1" sunk floor, a wall-mounted commode, a vanity unit, and a wardrobe. The flooring layout includes tile cutting patterns and specifies light tiles (2'-6" x 5') and dark tiles (4' x 8') for walls and floors.
Three elevations are provided for Bath-1. Elevation 01 shows the wardrobe with an MDF frame and 3mm mirror. Elevation 02 details the shower area with a 12mm tempered glass enclosure, a rain shower, and a wall-hung commode with push plate. Elevation 03 shows the vanity with an above-counter Corian top and LED cove lighting.
The second bathroom (Bath-2) measures 13'-8" by 6'-0". Its layout plan includes a wardrobe area, a shower area with a 1" sunk, a vanity unit, and a wall-mounted commode. The flooring layout specifies wooden tiles (8" x 4') and travertine tiles (2'-6" x 5'), with tile cutting and placement notes.
Three elevations are provided for Bath-2. Elevation 01 and 02 show the shower area with a rain shower, a Corian niche box, and wall-hung commode. Elevation 03 details the wardrobe and vanity with a Corian counter, MDF mirror frame, and LED cove light. All elevations include dimensions and material callouts for tiles, glass, and wall construction.
Both bathroom sets include a ground floor key plan, a north arrow, and a title block with the project address and consultant contact information. The drawings use imperial units (feet and inches) and include notes on wall thicknesses (2" and 4" double walls), tile sizes, and fixture locations. This is a technical document for construction, not a design presentation.
