One bright morning, Sunny popped up in the sky. “Good morning, world!” Sunny cheered. “It's time to wake up and play!”
Sunny warmed the little flowers with golden sunshine. “Thank you, Sunny!” the flowers said as they opened their petals. Sunny smiled. Helping others made the day brighter.
Puffy the Cloud floated in front of Sunny. “Peekaboo!” Puffy giggled. Sunny laughed, “I see you!” They played hide-and-seek across the blue sky.
Soon, the sky turned orange and pink. “My day is almost over,” Sunny said. “Now it's time for Luna!” Sunny waved goodbye as the stars began to sparkle.
Luna peeked into the dark blue sky. “Good evening, everyone!” Luna whispered softly. The little stars twinkled, and the world grew quiet.
Luna watched over the sleepy town. “Close your eyes, little ones. Tomorrow is a brand-new day,” she whispered. The children snuggled into their beds and dreamed happy dreams.
One magical evening, Sunny and Luna met among the fluffy clouds. “You make the daytime beautiful,” said Luna. “And you make the nighttime peaceful,” said Sunny. “We are different, but we both help the world!”
The next morning, Sunny rose again, and Luna said goodnight. Every day brought sunshine, and every night brought peaceful dreams. From then on, Sunny and Luna took turns sharing the sky.
