FAQ’S Where are you located? How much is the transportation fee / OOTF? We are located at Santa Rosa City, Laguna. Google Maps Pin: Bukod Tangi PH We offer FREE TRANSO or NO OUT OF TOWN FEE for Metro Manila, Laguna, Parts of Batangas, Cavite and Rizal. Minimal Transpo Fee applies to other areas. How many staff member/attendant will man the booth? Staffing depends on the number of guests. For events with 30–80 pax, 4 staff will be assigned. For 100 pax and above, 5 staff will be on-site to ensure smooth and efficient service. Are there any additional charges? No, there are no additional charges. All fees are already included in the selected package unless additional requests or upgrades are made. Do you accept pencil bookings? To secure your preferred date, a downpayment is required. We do not accept pencil bookings. What payment methods do you accept? What is your cancellation policy? Payments may be made via GCash, bank transfer, or cash for your convenience. We understand that plans can change. Please note that once a booking is confirmed, the downpayment (DP) is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Do you accept additional pax during the event? Yes, additional pax may be accommodated during the event and will be subject to corresponding fees. We bring extra items to allow flexibility, depending on availability. Do you provide receipts or official invoices? Yes, we can provide an official invoice upon request, especially for corporate or company events. How to book my event? Booking is simple! To secure your event date, just pay the required downpayment via your preferred payment method (GCash, bank transfer, or cash). Once the downpayment is confirmed, your date is officially reserved. We’ll send the contract after downpayment.
