This is an architecture portfolio by Saniya Mhatre, a B.Arch student. It presents academic and personal design projects including a boating pavilion, community centre, luxury retail interior, and landscape design. The portfolio is intended for academic review or professional presentation.

The first project is a boating pavilion located in Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Mumbai. It explores a recreational public pavilion that connects land and water using natural materials, organic forms, and a soft colour palette. The design includes plans, sections, and context zoning.

The second project is a community centre in Chikhane Village, Dahanu, Maharashtra. It is designed for social interaction across age groups, inspired by the circle of life. Plans and zoning diagrams show spaces for community activities and landscape integration.

The third project is a Bottega Veneta luxury retail store interior at Jio World Drive, Bandra Kurla Complex. It responds to the brand's Intrecciato weaving identity with furniture, flooring, RCP, and electrical plans, plus 3D interior views. The portfolio also includes a podium landscape design for a residential high-rise in Maduban, Vasai, with zones for active and quiet recreation.

Additional projects listed include an institute for mangrove and biodiversity conservation, a wellness centre, working drawings, 3D views, a model, and a bill of quantities. The portfolio demonstrates design concepts, zoning strategies, and technical documentation across various building types.
