The Little Plant’s Big Adventure
Once upon a time, in a cozy little garden, a tiny seed woke up from a long nap. As she stretched her little roots into the soft soil, she whispered, “I’m ready to grow!”
A kind boy named Leo had planted her with care. He gave her a name—Sunny— because he hoped she would grow tall and bright like the sun.HI SUnny, I’m Leo. I will take care of you!
Leo was so excited! He watered Sunny, placed her in the sunlight, and made sure she had rich soil to grow. Sunny felt happy and strong.Day by day, Sunny grew new parts of her body. First, her roots dug deep into the soil to drink water. Then, a little stem popped up, reaching for the sky. Leaves sprouted, wide and green, ready to catch sunlight.
I have to go. See you, Sunny. But one day, Leo got busy and forgot to take care of Sunny. He didn’t water her. He left her inside, away from the warm sunlight and fresh air.
“I need water… I need sunlight… I need care!” she whispered, but Leo wasn’t there to hear her. The soil became dry, and Sunny felt tired and sad. Her leaves turned yellow and started to droop. Her stem felt weak. “I need water… I need sunlight… I need care!” she whispered, but Leo wasn’t there to hear her.
A few days later, Leo remembered Sunny. “Oh no! I forgot to take care of you!” he cried.
He quickly gave her fresh water and gently placed her outside where she could feel the warm sun and fresh air. He added new soil around her roots to make her strong again.
Her stem stood tall. She felt happy and full of energy!
As days passed, Sunny didn’t just grow tall and strong—she grew beautiful flowers and sweet fruit! When Leo saw them, he smiled and said, “Thank you for growing so beautifully, Sunny! I’ll always take care of you from now on.” And from that day on, Sunny and Leo took care of each other—Leo gave her water, sunlight, and love, and in return, Sunny gave him shade, flowers, and delicious fruit.
