6 ▪ In Case of Emergency on Site ➢ Please do not run ➢ Remove your Confined Space entry card from CSE information board if leaving from confined space ➢ Leave the modules using the nearest Access Way in a calm and orderly manner. ➢ Use the staircases to exit the building ➢ Muster at the Emergency Assembly Point orderly in company level ➢ Report immediately to Fire Wardens if anyone in your group is missing ➢ Obey the instruction of of the fire Wardens: ▪ Site Admin-Fiona Tang ▪ HSE Officer– Liu Jiaqing Emergency Response at Fabrication Site

9 Drug, Alcohol and Smoking Policy No Drugs Policy • Please declare if you are under prescriptive medication that may cause drowsiness No Alcohol Policy • The Yard reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitors under the influence of alcohol • BOMESC and MODEC will conduct unannounced drug and alcohol testing for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) critical positions (e.g., forklift operators, crane operators, scaffold erectors, lifting supervisors). No Smoking in Operation Area • Smoking is only allowed at Designated Smoking Areas

Photo and Video Taking Policy Onsite ➢ Unauthorized publication of photos and videos related to the BOMESC Project in any media such as but not limited to social media and internet either officially or unofficially and through official/ personnel/ anonymous account is sternly prohibited. ➢ Violators will be strictly dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations. If any consequences are found , they will be dealt wit in the form of equivalent punishment after investigation.
