1. Hanya LOTO Authorized Person dibenarkan melaksanakan LOTO. Only LOTO Authorized Persons are allowed to perform LOTO. 2. Jika terdapat lebih daripada satu sumber tenaga yang perlu diasingkan, gunakan General LOTO untuk pengasingan tenaga, masukkan kunci ke dalam LOTO Box, dan kunci LOTO Box menggunakan Personal Lock. If more than one energy source needs to be isolated, use General LOTO for energy isolation, place the keys inside the LOTO Box, and secure the LOTO Box using a Personal Lock. 3. Jika kerja belum selesai pada akhir syif, serahkan tanggungjawab LOTO kepada LOTO Authorized Person syif seterusnya sebelum membuka LOTO. If work is not completed by the end of the shift, hand over LOTO responsibility to the next shift's LOTO Authorized Person before removing LOTO.
