Statement of the Problem My problem as a scholar is feeling overwhelmed in my studies and tasks to be submitted. I dont know what to do first because everything looks very hard. And because of that feeling I also feel nervous because I think that my time isn't enough to finish a project.

Representation st1-I will start 1 tasks at a time and not multitask to avoid confusion. M²- Motivate myself and be positive. f¹⁰⁰- Focus 100% D12- Distractions like phone. G-Pray to God B- break a tasks into smaller pieces to avoid feeling overwhelmed .

Equation st1 + B + M² + f¹⁰⁰ + G - D12

Solution In solving my problem in feeling overwhelmed, first is to start 1 task at a time because if I multitask we will be confused and it can also lead to boredom and tiredness. Second is to break task into smaller pieces for example if I have extra time today we can start it then continue it tomorrow or later if possible. Third is motivate and stay positive because if I dont montivate myself and be negative that I won't make it cause it's too hard I might loss my confidence and feel overwhelmed which might cause stress and physical, mental, emotional and social problems.Fourth is to focus 100% if I don't focus I will not have the best outcome of the project and because of that I migjt redo it and feel overwhelmed . Fifth is to pray to God because in order to finsih everything to avoid overwhelming not only I can do it but God will help me because with him nothing is impossible. Last is to avoid distractions like phone being distracted and realizing that I didn't finish it yet makes me feel overwhelmed.

Answer st1 + B + M² + f¹⁰⁰ + G - D12= Success
