Success Story Sopiya joined AtkinsRéalis in 2024 as a Document Control Trainee, bringing a B.Com degree and a strong administrative foundation. She began her career supporting key water sector projects, including the Tees Pipeline and Barsham STW. Her dedication and consistent performance quickly led to her promotion to Assistant Document Controller, where she continued contributing to the same projects. Over time, Sopiya has developed strong expertise in document control systems and tools such as ProjectWise, Aconex, Autodesk Forma, BIM 360, Procore, SharePoint, CEMAR, MS Office 365, Navigator, Dome Lite, Smartsheet, and Concerto. She is recognized for her accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality documentation within tight timelines. Her knowledge of document numbering and CDE/EDMS systems has improved project workflows.
