June 2026Bringing our community togetherEOFY Lunch COMMUNITY UPDATES Kuehne+Nagel Coffee Camp Brings Teams Together at Dy-Mark A big thank you to Kuehne+Nagel (K+N) for sponsoring a fantastic Coffee Camp at our Dy-Mark Darra site. The event provided a great opportunity for employees from both organisations to come together, enjoy a complimentary coffee, and strengthen the valued partnership we share. Beyond the coffee, the morning was all about building relationships, connecting with colleagues across different teams, and fostering collaboration in a relaxed and friendly environment. It was wonderful to see such strong participation from both office and warehouse staff, creating meaningful conversations and reinforcing the importance of teamwork and supplier partnerships. June 2026Bringing our community togetherThe team came together to celebrate the end of the financial year with a well-earned EOFY lunch, creating a great opportunity to connect, unwind, and reflect on the year that was. A special thank you goes to Thanh and Rob, who put in the time and effort to prepare and cook for everyone—your contribution made the day even more enjoyable and brought the team together over some fantastic food. Moments like these are a great reminder of the strong sense of community across our teams, and the importance of taking time to celebrate our shared achievements. COMMUNITY UPDATES EOFY CelebrationsIn preparation for the upcoming 2026 stocktake, Aerotek employees successfully completed scissor lift (EWP) training, ensuring they are equipped to carry out elevated work safely and efficiently. The training covered both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills, giving team members confidence in operating the equipment in accordance with safety standards. This proactive approach supports operational readiness and reinforces a strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Scissor Lift Training Completed ACHIEVEMENT/RECOGNITIONSafety continues to be a key focus, with new external signage installed around the Wacol site to improve visibility of important safety requirements and traffic guidelines. Clear, well-positioned signage plays a vital role in ensuring that employees, visitors, and contractors understand site expectations from the moment they arrive. This upgrade is part of a broader initiative to implement practical safety improvements that enhance day-to-day operations. Following the successful rollout at Wacol, the next phase of the project will bring similar upgrades to the Darra warehouse, further strengthening safety standards across sites. BRINGING OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER OCTOBER 2035 ISSUE #5June 2026Bringing our community togetherOver the last few months, our Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams hit the road for the Bunnings Trade Expo series, wrapping up the final event in Melbourne. Since kicking off earlier in the year, teams have travelled across Perth, Brisbane, and Melbourne, connecting with Bunnings Trade customers and bringing along some great promotional offers. Each stop delivered strong engagement, with plenty of tradies keen to chat. One of the consistent highlights across all locations was hearing first-hand how much end users value Dy-Mark products. From fabricators to sparkies, plumbers, and handymen, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many sharing how much they rely on our products day to day. Beyond customer engagement, the expos were also a fantastic opportunity to connect internally. Our VIC and QLD reps worked closely together across the series, building strong momentum and collaboration along the way. A big shoutout to Andrea and Nick in Melbourne for bringing the energy, product expertise, and standout sales skills. All in all, it was a great run of events and a strong finish to this year’s Bunnings Trade Expo series for Dy-Mark. June 2026Bringing our community togetherJerry and Sharon recently attended CIM Connect 2026, one of the mining industry's premier events, and it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with customers, partners, and industry professionals from around the world. The event was also a huge success from a marketing perspective. Our LinkedIn coverage of CIM Connect generated an incredible 4.6 million impressions, significantly expanding Dy‑Mark’s reach and increasing awareness of our brand and solutions across social media. These events are always a great opportunity for Dy-Mark to become a more familiar face within the Global Mining Sector, a big thanks to Jerry and Sharon for their skills and commitment to growing the business, putting our best foot forward on a global stage. While visiting Ghana, Jerry Allen was greeted at the airport by Godfred from Haigye (one of our Africa based partners), proudly wearing a Springboks jersey. Jerry couldn't let that slide and made sure Godfred received a Wallabies jersey of his own. What started as a light-hearted sporting rivalry quickly became a memorable moment that strengthened an already positive customer relationship. These personal touches help create genuine connections beyond day-to-day business and demonstrate Dy‑Mark Global's commitment to building lasting partnerships with our customers around the world. As Jerry put it, "These sorts of things mean so much in their relationship with Dy‑Mark Global." Sometimes, it's the simplest gestures that leave the biggest impression. June 2026Bringing our community togetherWe’re kicking off a new “Meet the Team” feature in our newsletter, and we’d love your input. Each month, we’ll be showcasing one team member—sharing a bit about what they do, their interests outside of work, and what makes them unique. It’s a great way to get to know the people across the business beyond day-to-day interactions. Keen to be featured? Simply submit a short “About Me” profile, and you’ll go into the draw to be selected. Each month, one employee will be chosen at random to be highlighted. 👉 Whether it’s your hobbies, weekend adventures, or something unexpected about you —we want to hear it! Submit your profile and keep an eye out—you might be featured next. Submit your “About me” Profile Outside of work, I’ve always been drawn to anything with an engine or a fishing rod. Over the years, my weekends have been filled with all sorts of projects and adventures. I spent several years building and racing drag cars, including a Nissan Sil80 that proudly wore the Dy-Mark Protech logo. At one stage, I also owned a 750hp BF Falcon ute, but after it developed a habit of emptying my wallet almost as quickly as it emptied the fuel tank, I decided it was time to move it on. When I’m not on the water, you’ll usually find me at a minimoto or supermoto event. I enjoy the competition, the camaraderie, and any excuse to get out and ride with a great group of mates. The part that surprises most people is that I don’t actually eat fish. I fish because I enjoy the challenge of finding them, learning new techniques, and spending time outdoors. Any fish I keep usually ends up with friends or family, who are always happy to take them off my hands. For me, life outside of work is about making the most of every weekend. Whether I’m on the water, at the track, or tinkering in the shed, I’m happiest when I’m chasing the next adventure. These days, most of my spare time revolves around fishing. I own a boat, a Sea-Doo FishPro, and a couple of fishing kayaks, so I’m always looking for an excuse to get out on the water. Most weekends, if the weather plays nice, I’m chasing mulloway, snapper, tuna, or whatever else is biting. If the fishing is slow, I’ll happily swap the rod for the throttle and spend the day jumping waves on the Jet Ski. “The RID Man” - Tim Donselaar MEET THE TEAM
