33MAINMAINThe Main Building serves as the centerpiece of the Proposed Bacacay Cultural Hub, designed to celebrate, preserve, and promote the cultural heritage of Bacacay, Albay. As the project's primary destination, it provides an immersive environment where visitors can engage with local history, traditions, crafts, and contemporary cultural expressions while supporting education, research, and sustainable tourism.BUILDINGBUILDING

Surrounding the lobby are the Main Exhibition Halls, Orientation Mini-Theater, Secondary Gallery, Museum Gift Shop, and visitor amenities, creating a seamless cultural experience that introduces guests to the municipality's identity and heritage. These spaces are designed to accommodate permanent and rotating exhibitions, educational programs, and community events that encourage public participation and cultural appreciation. The second floor expands the building's educational and administrative functions through additional gallery spaces, research and documentation facilities, archival storage, tourism offices, meeting rooms, and staff support areas. The inclusion of research and documentation spaces strengthens the hub's role as a center for cultural preservation, allowing historical records, artifacts, and local knowledge to be documented, studied, and safeguarded for future generations. Tourism offices further support the municipality's growing tourism sector by providing operational spaces dedicated to destination management and visitor services. 88Located in the tranquil coastal community of Igang, Bacacay, Albay, this Villa Function Hall is designed as a versatile venue for weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and community events. The architectural concept combines contemporary tropical design with spacious, accessible interiors, creating a welcoming environment that complements the natural landscape of Bacacay. Featuring a grand entrance, barrier-free ramps, generous covered walkways, and landscaped outdoor spaces, the facility promotes both elegance and functionality. The design emphasizes natural lighting, ventilation, and seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity, providing guests with a comfortable and memorable event experience while reflecting the serene character of its surroundings.

With integrated cove lighting and elegant floral accents, the concept delivers a breathtaking, five-star ambiance for exclusive gatherings.99
