The lead article by CEO Dr. Joseph Vollaro introduces the RES Reboot, a reorganization of the company's administrative structure into three divisions: Program Operations, Business Operations, and Strategic Operations. The goal is to evolve RES from a niche waiver provider into a broader long-term care organization capable of serving clients for the next 25 years.
President Jodi Repperger's message reminds staff to complete annual training via Relias and announces that RES has applied to become an approved waiver provider for Substance Abuse under the TBI waiver program. She also discusses the ongoing rollout of The Hub care-coordination platform and invites staff to the Staff Appreciation Dinner on November 5th at Lily's in Babylon.
