PRAYERS & PURPOSEDEVOTIONAL JOURNALDESIGNED & PRINTED BYTeacher Edition A 30-Day Faith & Reflection Journal for the Heart Behind the Classroom Teach with purpose. Walk in grace. Keep planting. 🌱

This journal belongs to: NAME: May these pages become a quiet place for your prayers, reflections, little victories, and conversations with God.

“Remain in me, and I in you. Just as a branch is unable to produce fruit by itself unless it remains on the vine, neither can you unless you remain in me.” John 15:4Before you pour into others, remain connected to the One who continually pours into you.

DEAR TEACHER You spend so much of your days pouring into others. You teach. Guide. Correct. Encourage. Prepare. Listen. Adjust. Try again. And somewhere between lesson plans, paperwork, deadlines, classroom noise, and caring for your students, it can become easy to forget about the person behind the teacher. This journal is your invitation to slow down. For the next 30 days, make a little room for God—and for yourself. You don't need perfect answers. You don't need beautiful handwriting. You don't even need to fill every space. Come as you are. Pray. Reflect. Write. Rest. And remember that while you are helping your students grow, God is still growing you, too. Much love, Niña

HOW TO USE THIS JOURNAL There is no perfect way to do this. 1. PICK YOUR CARD Choose the corresponding card from your 30 Days of Grace for Teachers deck. 2. READ Take a moment with the day's encouragement. 3. PAUSE Read the Scripture and sit quietly with what speaks to you. 4. REFLECT Use the prompts in this journal honestly. 5. PRAY Bring whatever you're carrying to God. Then: 10 minutes is enough. This isn't another item for your teacher to-do list. It's a place to simply be. Note: You can start your journey without the cards.

J.E.S.U.SMETHOD J - JOURNAL Spend about 15-20 min journaling to God. Tell Him what’s on your heart and talk to Him like you would with a friend. Tell Him the things you’re worried about, prayer requests, what change you want to see in your life, your struggles and dreams. Allow Him to help you in those areas. E - EXPERIENCE Spend another 15-20 min sitting in His presence and experiencing His love. Play some worship songs and take some time to just listen and worship. This is the time to feel His presence and power. S - STUDY Take 5min to write down the verse of the day and say it out loud. Take some time to memorize it. There is so much power when we memorize scriptures because we can use it as a weapon against the enemy when he tries to whisper lies in our ears. God’s truth has power over everything. U - UNDERSTAND Take 10-15 min to understand the verse of the day. It’s easy for the Bible to just feel like a bunch of words. But if we really are intentional about understanding it, studying it and apply it to our lives, we will see that the it will make our lives more at peace. Pray before this and ask the Holy Spirit to understand the verse and what does it want to teach you about God. What does it teach you about yourself; How can you apply it to your life. S - SPEAK Take 5 min to gather everything you’ve experienced up until this point and put it into a prayer. Use your words to declare the verse of the day over your life, add prayer requests, and stand in agreement with God’s truth. Use your words to speak God’s truth over your life, so you can stand confidently in the authority you have in Jesus.

J.E.S.U.SMETHOD This method is only a guide for your journaling journey. I hope this will help you deepen your relationship with Jesus and grow your faith everyday. I pray that you may have a deep understanding of what God wants to speak to you through the help of the Holy Spirit. Have faith and always remember, You are worthy. You are seen. You are heard. You are deeply loved. Much love, Niña Remember: This method is a guide, not a rule.
