Thank you for choosing Isabello's Preschool and for placing your trust in us during such an important stage of your child's life. We are so pleased to welcome you to our little community. When we first imagined Isabello's, we didn't begin with a building or a business plan. We began with a simple dream - to create the kind of place we would want for our own family. A place where children feel safe, happy and genuinely excited to come each day. We believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, laughter and adventure. A place where muddy boots are encouraged, questions are celebrated, friendships are formed and every child is known as an individual. Those everyday moments are what make early childhood so special, and we're privileged to be part of them. As a family owned preschool, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We take great pride in getting to know every child and every family, creating a warm, welcoming environment where children can grow in confidence, independence and happiness. This welcome book has been created to help you feel prepared and excited for your child's first day with us. We hope it answers some of your questions, introduces you to our wonderful team and gives you a little insight into what life at Isabello's is all about. Passionate about giving every child the very best start, she is currently working towards completing her master’s degree in Early Years. EducationDavid looks after the Operations and Finances, taking care of all the “boring bits” behind the scenes! His work helps keep everything running smoothly, allowing the team to focus on creating a happy and nurturing environment for every child.Brings a wealth of experience to the team. A caring and supportive presence, she is always ready to offer a helping hand - but is equally up for a laugh and is known for her brilliant impressions! Natalie is a proud mum to her daughter, Holly.Our resident Aussie, brings a wonderfully calm and gentle approach to the team. Her warm, reassuring nature helps every child feel safe, settled and supported. Having travelled the world as a Nanny, Kate provides lots of stories of her adventures.Issy may be the youngest of the bunch, but she brings a wealth of experience from working for a large corporate chain. Full of energy and enthusiasm, she has a genuine passion for caring for children and supporting their families.Maria brings a wealth of experience in the early years sector and a caring, nurturing approach to the team. She is a proud mum to Jackson and can often be spotted arriving at preschool on her motorbike!

From the moment you join our Isabello's family, we're here to listen, support and build a partnership that helps your child feel happy, confident and ready to thrive Settling In: Every child settles differently, and that's perfectly normal. We'll work closely with you to ensure yourchild's transition into preschool is gentle, positive and tailored to their individual needs. Our aim is to help every child feel safe, secure and excited to return each day. Your Child's Key Person: Your child will be supported by a dedicated Key Person who will take the time to build a strong, trusting relationship with both your child and your family. They'll celebrate achievements, support development and always be available to answer any questions you may have. Tapestry: We use Tapestry to share your child's learning journey with you. Through observations, photographs and special moments, you'll be able to celebrate their achievements and stay connected to their experiences at preschool. Daily Communication: We believe the best partnerships are built through open, honest communication. Our team will keep you updated through daily handovers, Tapestry and regular conversations, ensuring you always feel informed and involved in your child's preschool journey. We use Tapestry to share your child's learning journey, photographs and special moments. You'll also receive regular updates and important information from the preschool. If you ever have any questions, our team is always happy to help. COMMUNICATION Our daily routines help children settle quickly and feel secure. If somebody different is collecting your child, please let us know in advance. Should you ever be running late, simply give us a call and we'll make sure your child is reassured and cared for. ARRIVAL & COLLECTION WHAT TO WEAR FOOD & DRINK 16 Children attending a full day should bring a healthy packed lunch in a clearly named lunchbox. Please remember: • We are a nut-free preschool. • • Please do not include grapes in any form Yoghurts should be provided in pots rather than tubes. • Water and milk are provided throughout the day. • Please avoid fizzy drinks and sweets. Children explore outdoors every day in all seasons, so we recommend comfortable clothing suitable for active play and outdoor adventures.
