How The Partnership Works The model is designed to sit cleanly alongside your existing operation with no disruption to your team or your workflow. When a customer enquires about vehicle security or when your team spots an opportunity during a service, MOT, or repair you pass the lead to VMS Autocare. A brief referral is all that is needed. We take it from there. You introduce the customer1 VMS Autocare contacts the customer directly, conducts the security consultation, recommends the right product for their vehicle, and provides a quote. Your team is welcome to be involved at any stage, but our team is on hand to manage the full consultation so there is no pressure on your staff to handle technical queries We consult and quote2 VMS Autocare carries out both mobile and on-site installations. We can a end your garage and complete the installation while the vehicle is with you, or travel directly to the customer’s home or workplace at a time that suits them. Either way, the job is credited to your account and your commission applies in full. Mobile and on-site installation3 Once the installation is complete, the job is logged to your partner account. Commission is calculated as a percentage of the full supply and fit price and paid monthly by BACS. No chasing, no paperwork, no resource required on your side. Your garage earns the commission4 All customer aftercare, technical queries, and warranty support are managed directly by VMS Autocare. Fleet and multi-vehicle accounts VMS Autocare supports fleet accounts for businesses with multiple vehicles — delivery operators, taxi and private hire firms, haulage companies, and businesses with company car pools. If a customer in your network has a fleet requirement, introduce them to us. Fleet introductions are credited to your partner account. You receive a commission on each vehicle fi ed across the fleet, and the full installation is managed by VMS Autocare with no involvement required from your team.
