WomanUp Programme Women often underestimate their abilities, downplay their strengths, and put others first — waiting to be noticed rather than putting themselves forward. We call this the “sticky floor”: the bit that holds women back long before they’re anywhere near a glass ceiling. And it’s the bit they can control. WomanUp is a coaching and development programme designed specifically for women, blending Spotlight performance profiling, group coaching, and 1:1 executive coaching to tackle loss of confidence, self-limiting beliefs, and the need for balance —head on. The Programme WomanUp deepens each participant's understanding of their self, mind, and methods — anchoring lasting change so they move through life with a genuine sense of belonging and pride in what they offer, while learning to influence with real impact. The programme is delivered as a series of modules — run individually, combined into full days, or delivered as a complete cohort journey — face to face or via Zoom. We recommend a minimum of 6 participants, with 10 as the optimum cohort size to build a genuinely valuable network. Core Modules Finding purpose and surfacing true desires and goals. Participants focus on what's blocking progress, working through life balance, prioritisation, and finding the time to live without guilt. Group Coaching Unlocking Dreams Understanding inner beliefs and values, and noticing how these serve us — or don't. A lightbulb moment as participants realise that past triggers may still be shaping how they show up today. Group Coaching Banish the Imposter Foundation Every participant completes a short survey and receives their own performance preference profile, debriefed in an individual coaching session. Identifying and comfortably articulating super-strengths — boosting confidence by owning what we bring to the table, and worrying less about what we're not so good at. Real discomfort in the room, but an exercise that sticks and shows up daily afterwards. Group Coaching Super Strengths Digging into our world to map out our personal boardroom — using positive influence to find our support tribe, build advocacy, and grow networks for success. Learning to ask for help is a big step, and one that leaves participants with tangible next actions. Group Coaching Personal Tribe Understanding the barriers to authentic influence, unlocking your inner voice, and sharing opinions so you're heard with gravitas and respect. A capstone session bringing everything together — stepping into the world with confidence and direction, and leading the way with curiosity, vulnerability, and honesty. Group CoachingAuthentically You | 3 hours of 1:1 coaching per participant — typically one session before the programme begins and two at its conclusion — to personalise insights and embed change. Pricing Pricing is tailored to cohort size, delivery format, and the modules selected. As a guide, a four-module programme with Spotlight profiling for a face-to-face cohort starts from £1,500 per person plus VAT (travel and accommodation additional where applicable), with 50% payable upfront to secure your dates.
