Architectural portfolio showcasing design and BIM modeling work by Arlyn Plarisan Albior. The folio includes a thesis project called Hexagora, a multifunctional government and civic development cluster in Consolacion, Cebu. The design combines six key government agencies with local commerce, inspired by the traditional Sarok hat for its roof forms that provide shelter and air circulation.
This architectural folio presents the work of Arlyn Plarisan Albior, updated for 2026. It is a portfolio intended for prospective employers, clients or academic review, featuring architectural design, BIM modeling and 3D visualization projects.
The main project is Hexagora, a Government Responders and Trading Cluster in Consolacion, Cebu. It includes a Bagsakan Slaughter House, Multipurpose Dome, Bureau of Fire Protection station, and Philippine National Police facilities with a Police Security and Protection Group. The design concept draws from the Sarok hat, using hexagonal forms and layered roofs for shelter and natural ventilation.
Detailed floor plans are provided for the PNP building. The ground floor contains an entrance, service lane, administration and operation offices, protection and escort office, PNCO barracks, kitchenette, supply and utility rooms. The second floor includes a diplomatic protection office, chief RPSPU office, conference room, PCO quarters, vital installation protection office, regional chief quarters, pantry and waiting area.
Additional plans cover the PNP station with ground floor areas including porch, entrance, motor bay, detention cells, armory and administrative offices. The second floor has intelligence and investigation spaces, while the third floor includes a roof deck with firing hole, cop's quarters, evidence and operations room, radio and computer monitoring room, conference room and police staff quarters.
The folio also contains an academic project for a proposed club house with architectural structure views and an open hall and corridor view. A 3D architectural rendering of a two-storey town house is included, along with a sanitary fixture project showing academic work in architectural design and 3D visualization.
