MASTERPLAN SITE PLAN ZOOMED-IN DETAIL RENDERS

BUILDING TYPOLOGIES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE Side Elevation Front Elevation Sexction AA Section BB The administrative office is a building made with concept of a flow and hierachy of spaces with use of vernacular materials like rammed earth construction on walls curved walls easy to create openings in circular forms along with red oxide florooring and clay roofing tiles. The materials also helps in passive cooloing strategies and sustainable design. RESTAURANT The restaurent is oragnic space designed with vernacular materials which includes ferro-cement framework with mud cover filling with tape. It has a wall thickness 0.2m and attached a cafe has clay tile roofing and has landscape around it. Scale- 1:100 Scale- 1:100 Scale- 1:50 The restaurent is designed in organic form as it is inspired from wild farmstay come cafe designed by Atkin Studio where main structure is mud finish with tape finish and ferro cement framework for stability.

WORKSHOP & READING AREAThe workshop and reading area is designed to be a part of wellness retreat in terms of organising programmes like yoga , awarness prorammes like strees relif and amntl health with a reading library space since the site is located in non residential highly dense vegetated area which staying in relaxation and calmness amidst the chaos it is designed with concept of verncular and passive design strategies. SECTION AA’ WEST ELEVATION SPA & MASSAGEThe spa and massage centre is designed to be a part of wellness retreat to promote relxation and stress release it designed in such a way that it gives a sense of calm and composed to state of mind for relaxation. It made with a theme of tradionality where filler slabs are made with clay pots of 26mm diameter giving it a local feeling and brings a sense of coolness and relfecting celing along with traditonal wooden framed terracotta jalli is used a partion walls for massage rooms for various therapies . YOGA HALL Yoga hall is designed to give feel of strees relief and realxation for the visitors who comes from urbanized area to get peace of mind though excercise, meditation and yoga where its placed in buffered area where it has been isolated to avoid noise .The spaces in mainly are yoga hall waiting and reception as its a space designed to deined to serve its purpose and is a flexible structure designed with bamboo frames and matt grids where wood acts a supporting bearing load through framework. SECTION AA 1:200 RENDERS OF BAMBOO FRAMES AND GIRD MATS STANDARD STAY ROOMSLUXURY STAY ROOMS A spacious and private accommodation unit designed to provide comfort, relaxation, and a strong connection with nature. The ottage includes a bedroom, living area, at- tached toilet, jacuzzi space, and private balcony. SCALE - 1:100Moderate RoomStay Luxury Roomstay A comfortable accommodation unit designed to provide a calm and relaxing stay experience within the wellness centre. The cottage includes a bedroom, attached bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and private balcony. The design focuses on natural lighting, ventilation, and visual connection to the surrounding landscape.

06. POLYCLINIC The main idea behind the whole semester was to create a space that could be used even after the work hours of the space we incoperated the designs that could help in making the polyclinic a lively space and people in that area could use it also as a space for enjoyment. MASTERPLAN
