They supported in managing a complex incoming water issue and a variety of internal repairs, from woodwork to plastering and finishing. High quality of workmanship and good client communication. As a professional architect I would highly recommend KingsRock for both domestic and commercial construction.” Architect “We would highly recommend KingsRock for the amazing work they did in fully renovating our house. The team are professional, very knowledgable, engaged and personable - they consistently went above and beyond (some examples being helping my mother-in-law move some heavy pots across town, surprising her with a framed sign of the house her father had bought in the 1950s, and getting a cake for the 90 year old neighbour) and the result is better than we could have expected. If you’re looking for reliable contractors for renovation work in the SE of England you don’t need to look further than KingsRock. “ Housing Developer“Following a public tendering process, KingsRock were appointed to renovate a seven- bedroom house in multiple occupation to provide a safe, secure, and affordable home for people moving on from rough sleeping. The quality of the work across the entire property is of an exceptionally high standard. As a Council, we are committed to providing homes that are genuinely good places to live, recognising that people who have experienced homelessness deserve the same quality and dignity as anyone else. KingsRock fully understood this ambition and have delivered a scheme that meets, and exceeds, those expectations. The completed property is something we were proud to show to local neighbours prior to it being let. This helped provide reassurance that the accommodation will be well managed and maintained to a high standard, and that it will be a positive addition to the local community.” Head of Housing for the Council “KingsRock Construction have been a pleasure to work with throughout. Their approach is straightforward, intuitive, and highly organised, which makes collaboration exceptionally smooth from start to finish. Communication is clear and proactive, queries are dealt with promptly, and their understanding of project requirements is evident at every stage. Overall, they make the process easy and efficient, fostering a professional and stress-free working relationship that adds real value to the delivery of projects.” Building Surveyor
