This document is a curriculum vitae and portfolio by L V L I A N N E V O R S T E R, presenting interior design and construction projects. It is intended for potential clients or employers in architecture and design.
The first project is a Biodiversity Centre concept, arranged as a linear journey through spaces including an exhibition room, laboratory, multi-functional presentation space, reflection space, and cafe. The design uses a living spine garden to connect areas and bring nature indoors.
Materials specified for the Biodiversity Centre include concrete, stone cladding, white facebrick, timber, powder coated steel, and gravel. Floor plans and sections show the layout of exhibition, lab, presentation, reflection, cafe, and outdoor seating areas.
The second project is a residential interior with a mood board featuring wooden textures, black accents, and marble finishes. Bubble diagrams establish functional flow, positioning kitchen and dining together, living as a central hub, and bedrooms for privacy.
Floor plans and elevations detail the residential layout, including a kitchen/dining area, living room/bar, main bedroom, second bedroom, laundry, and bathrooms. The design ensures logical transition from public to private spaces.
