SPLASH POOL SCHOOLOur training programs help communities maintain safer pool environments while ensuring staff are properly trained and prepared. Through professional instruction and hands-on learning, Splash Pool School supports aquatic teams in developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to operate facilities safely and provide a positive experience for residents and guests.CPO Certification Industry-recognized training covering pool operations, water chemistry, circulation and filtration systems, and regulatory requirements. Each facility is staffed with a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) to ensure proper water quality management, equipment protection, and compliance with industry and health department standards. This certification helps operators maintain safe water conditions and effectively manage pool facilities in accordance with established best practices. Lifeguard Training Professional certification and training focused on prevention, surveillance, rescue techniques, and emergency response. Participants develop the skills and confidence needed to respond effectively to aquatic emergencies while maintaining a safe and professional environment for pool patrons. In-season in-service training is provided both online and through hands-on sessions to reinforce skills and maintain readiness throughout the season.
