Architectural Design 2 M I C R O H O U S E 01 Proyek ini adalah hasil dari tugas Desain Arsitektur 2 saya, dimana disini kami diberikan sebidang tanah kecil di tempat parkir kampus dan ditantang untuk mendesain sebuah rumah mikro sebagai respon terhadap lingkungan di sekitar tempat parkir kampus. Saya membuat rumah mikro dua lantai dengan jendela yang terletak di ketinggian dan pintu yang juga tersembunyi oleh fasad untuk memberikan privasi bagi pengguna. Posisi jendela juga merespon matahari sehingga meskipun dengan bukaan yang terbatas, rumah ini tetap mendapatkan sinar matahari yang cukup.

B L O O M O A S I S H O U S E 02Architectural Design 3 Proyek ini merupakan proyek desain arsitektur tiga. Disini saya diberi tugas untuk membuat sebuah rumah dua lantai yang memiliki aspek berkelanjutan di sebuah lahan taman kota. Rumah yang saya buat bertemakan BloomAsis, yang berarti rumah tersebut dapat menjadi “Oasis” di tengah kota dan tempat tumbuh suburnya tanaman “Bloom”.

B L O O M O A S I S H O U S E 03Architectural Design 5 Proyek ini merupakan bagian dari Studio Perancangan Arsitektur 5, di mana saya bersama kelompok diberikan konteks kawasan Digital Hub di BSD untuk merancang bangunan mix-use yang saling terintegrasi. Setiap anggota mendesain bangunan yang saling mendukung dan membentuk sebuah ekosistem. Saya merancang Converge Hub, sebuah pusat inovasi yang menggabungkan ruang kerja teknologi, retail elektronik interaktif, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya dalam satu lokasi strategis. Sebagai headquarter bagi perusahaan teknologi.

Architectural Design 6 P A S A R B A R U 04 Proyek Studio Perancangan Arsitektur 6 memiliki konteks revitalisasi kawasan Pasar Baru, Jakarta. Perancangan ini menekankan pentingnya resilience. Saya mengangkat isu resilience ekonomi bagaimana pasar dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan tren konsumsi dan preferensi pelanggan muda, tanpa kehilangan identitas historisnya. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, saya menambahkan fungsi museum hotel. Museum hotel ini menjadi titik tarik utama yang menyoroti sejarah Pasar Baru, sekaligus menjadi strategi untuk mendatangkan pengunjung baru dan meningkatkan pemasukan bagi kawasan.

M a n g g a r a i S t a t i o n 05Final Project The Final Project focuses on the redesign of Manggarai Station, Jakarta, as a Central Interchange Station through a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) approach. I explored the issue of connectivity and circulation complexity in accommodating KRL, airport train, and potential long- distance train users. To address this, I developed a central plaza as a node connecting different functions and movement paths, while separating pedestrian and vehicular circulation to create a more integrated and efficient transit experience.

Manggarai is located in Tebet, South Jakarta, at the boundary of South and Central Jakarta. The area is a dense urban district characterized by residential and transportation infrastructure. CONCEPT Transit is shaped through two main approaches: 01. SEPARATION WITHIN INTEGRATION Separating user flows while maintaining visual and functional connections. 02. SPATIAL NAVIGATION Guiding movement through spatial sequence, circulation, and light.

KEY DESIGN MOVES 01. EAST–WEST CONNECTION Reconnecting both sides of the railway corridor through continuous pedestrian access. 02. URBAN PLAZA Creating a public gathering space that connects the city and transit activities. 03. HERITAGE INTERFACE Integrating existing heritage structures into the new development. 04. TRANSIT FORECOURT Organizing drop-off, pick-up, and multimodal transfers for seamless connectivity.
