The second project is Solterra, a shelter for single mothers located in downtown Phoenix between Jefferson St and Washington St. It is a self-sustaining residential community that uses modular prefabrication for efficient, rapidly constructed housing. The design includes flexible living units, shared landscapes, and communal spaces that balance privacy, connection, and environmental responsibility.
