This document is a registration guide for the University of Caloocan City library's Wiley Online Library promotion. It is intended for UCC students, faculty and staff who want free access to academic resources.

The guide explains that the Wiley Online Library offers over 8,000 eBook titles, open access scholarly journals and reference works. These resources support teaching, learning and research across all programs at the university.

The first step is in-person pre-registration at the campus library. Users must visit the registration desk, show a valid ID or registration form, scan a QR code and fill in their details. Library staff provide assistance and a quick tour.

The second step is creating an account on the Wiley homepage. Users go to the library computer area, click Individual Login, sign up with a personal email, enter a 6-digit code sent to their inbox and receive a welcome email.

The guide also covers how to search for content using keywords, author names or article titles, and how to narrow results with Advanced Search by date, journal or subject. Users can read or save content by clicking PDF or Full Text.

Important usage rules include keeping access for individual non-commercial academic use only, never sharing login details, refreshing access on UCC Wi-Fi and looking for the access icon. Personal data is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Registration runs from October 6 to 30, 2026.
