Although coordinating with the LGU for the Business Permit and ECC application of Artico Consolacion was outside his formal responsibilities, he proactively coordinated with the barangay and LGU and submitted the required documents. His efforts overcame communication challenges caused by language barriers and helped expedite the permitting process.
